At the waistline there are flattering sheer mesh panels. Features long sleeves and a scoop back. The top of the dress is a stretch silk blend jersey material, while the skirt is a stretch crepe with more weight. Measurements: Shoulders: 16" Bust: 30" (fabric has a lot of stretch) Waist: 26" Sleeves: 21" Length: 56"
