Castle Rock Estate ‘Great Southern’ Chardonnay Size::12 Bottle Case The first vintage was 2004The luscious grapes used to produce Castle Rock Estate Chardonnay were fermented in old barrels, resulting in the creation of a pale straw coloured wine. The perfumed nose exudes scintillating aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, gun flint and honeycomb, with mealy tones from barrel fermentation evident throughout. These balanced fragrances shift to a generous palate laden with nectarine and grapefruit flavours, offering a great mouthfeel. Refreshing
