Vintage 1940s French Wicker Chargers Centerpiece John DerianThese richly toned dark wicker chargers reflect the remarkable craftsmanship that endured even during the World War II era, when skilled artisans continued to create beautiful objects from natural materials despite limited resources. Each charger is thoughtfully woven with a recessed center that allows a dinner plate to nest securely in place, creating both a refined presentation and a practical foundation for the table.
